What to eat with low LDL

LDL cholesterol is harmful cholesterol, and the lower the density lipoprotein cholesterol, the greater the benefit to the patient when the patient himself has coronary heart disease, diabetes and other cardiovascular diseases. However, if the patient has low LDL cholesterol, which is indirectly triggered by malnutrition and cachexia state, attention should be paid to supplementation. It is recommended that the patient should have a high quality protein diet, which mainly includes silkworm pupae, sea cucumber, beef and mutton, mainly red food, and egg whites, which help to raise LDL cholesterol. In addition, further liver function tests should be performed to see if the patient is suffering from hypoalbuminemia, and if necessary, supplemental albumin is needed.
