Small nodules at the oblique fissure of the right lower lung are not serious. Small nodules generally refer to lung nodules <1cm, and clinically, the main focus is on observation and regular chest CT to determine the growth rate and margins of the nodules. If the speed is too fast and the edges are rough, surgical resection should be performed as soon as possible as well as clarifying its pathological nature through puncture to determine whether it is a malignant tumor. If the lung nodule is >1cm, it should be surgically adjusted, and its effect is more ideal. Nodules in the right lower lung can be prevented by adjusting the daily diet, work and rest, and keeping the body’s immunity in a normal state.
