Can endothelial cancer be determined by endothelial thickening alone?

Endometrial thickening alone cannot determine whether it is endometrial cancer, further pathological testing is needed. Endometrial thickening may be caused by chronic inflammatory stimulation or hormonal instability and menstrual disorders. If necessary, scraping treatment is needed and the scraped tissue must be tested pathologically to clarify whether there is a possibility of cancer. If cancer is ruled out, it may be caused by inflammation, so don’t worry too much, it will gradually improve after a period of medication. To determine whether you have endometrial cancer, you can usually get a clear diagnosis through tumor markers and MRI. If temporary endometrial thickening occurs during menopause, it is mostly normal, but in some cases, it may be cancerous, so it is recommended to go to the hospital for review every once in a while.
