According to a recent study in the United States, certain dietary habits and lifestyles may increase the risk of cancer. Smoking, alcohol abuse, eating more meat, less exercise and obesity significantly increase the risk of cancer: 1. Meat products, especially red meat and preserved foods, significantly increase the risk of breast cancer, kidney cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, testicular cancer, thyroid cancer and multiple myeloma. 2. Sweets increase the risk of brain cancer, uterine cancer, pancreatic cancer and prostate cancer. Cereals can reduce the risk of kidney cancer and prostate cancer. 3.Alcohol abuse increases the risk of liver cancer and colorectal cancer. 4.Animal fats increase the risk of lung cancer. 5. Smoking is a very harmful habit that increases the chances of developing almost all cancers. According to the report of World Health Organization (WHO), about 30% of cancer deaths are related to the following five poor lifestyles: obesity, low intake of vegetables and fruits, lack of exercise, smoking and alcohol consumption. Smoking is the most important risk factor, which is associated with 22% of cancer deaths worldwide and 71% of lung cancer deaths worldwide. This includes the following: 1. Eat more vegetables and fruits, especially dark green, red and orange vegetables, soybeans, and peas; 2. Eat more whole grain foods such as oatmeal, whole wheat bread, and brown rice, at least half of all cereals; 3. Eat more seafood, poultry meat, eggs, beans, soy products, and nuts; 4. Choose foods rich in potassium, calcium, vitamin D, and fiber; 5. Limit daily 5, limit the daily intake of sodium less than 2.3 grams; 6, do not drink alcohol, do not smoke. More and more studies prove that our lifestyle is closely related to cancer, so experts suggest that eating less meat, exercising more, not smoking, not drinking alcohol, and staying in good shape can reduce the risk of cancer.
