Vincristine is an anti-tumor drug that targets microtubulin, mainly inhibiting the polymerization of microtubulin, interfering with protein metabolism and inhibiting the activity of RNA polymorphic enzymes. It also inhibits cell membrane lipid synthesis, and amino acid transport on cell membrane, disrupting the normal physiological activities of cancer cells to achieve the purpose of tumor treatment. Vincristine has a broader anti-tumor spectrum and the strongest neurotoxicity than vincristine and vincristine, and is commonly used clinically for the treatment of acute and chronic leukemia, malignant lymphoma, small cell lung cancer and breast cancer, as well as other tumor diseases. Many anti-tumor drugs, some adverse reactions will occur in human body, and vincristine may also cause adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal symptoms, bone marrow suppression and peripheral neuritis. Injections should not be missed to avoid tissue necrosis. During the drug administration, attention should be paid to observe the patient’s reaction and monitor the blood picture to reduce the harm of adverse drug reactions to human body.
