Effectiveness of Colapitol Eye Drops

Colapitol eye drops belong to the quinolone class of antibacterial drug eye drops, which are generally used for bacterial infections of the ocular surface and are broad-spectrum antimicrobials that can be used to treat endophthalmitis, bacterial conjunctivitis, and bacterial keratitis. Endophthalmitis is an inflammation caused by bacterial infection of the lid gland, and most of it can be recovered if treated with colistin eye drops for spotting in the early stage when pain is perceived spontaneously; untimely treatment and development of a mature abscess state requires treatment with incision and drainage of pus, and the eye drops should be used continuously during the treatment period. Bacterial conjunctivitis differs from bacterial keratitis in that the latter disease is severe, invades the cornea, has a long disease recovery period, and has significant vision loss. Both should be treated with antimicrobial drugs early after the diagnosis of bacterial infection. Colistin eye drops can be used once every 1-2 hours when acute inflammation is evident, and 3-4 times a day after symptoms improve.
