Difference between upper arch and hunchback

Upper bow waist mostly refers to bending forward above the chest, hunchback has a wider range and also includes bending below the chest.
Upper lumbar arch is a folk term for forward bending above the chest to form a hunchback, which mostly refers to forward tilting of the cervical vertebrae, and is also a type of hunchback. Hunchback is broader in scope and includes all changes in appearance caused by abnormalities in function or bony structures of the spine.
Most of the hunchback is caused by bad habits, such as long time working at desk, looking down at the cell phone, etc. After consciously correcting the bad habits, walking with the head up and chest out most of the time can be corrected.
In addition to postural hunchback caused by poor lifestyle habits, hunchback also includes fixed hunchback caused by abnormal development of spinal bony structures, which needs to be corrected through surgery.
