Seasonal change to be alert to the onset of allergic rhinitis

For people living in the northeast, the summer and autumn seasons begin in August. During this period, many patients with allergic rhinitis experience painful symptoms, such as itchy nose, runny nose, sneezing with tears, itchy eyes and so on. These discomforts bring great inconvenience to people’s life or study. Some patients will take some anti-allergic drugs or simply apply hormone treatment at this period, although the symptoms are reduced, they will still come back the next year and get worse every year. Here I would like to tell you that allergic rhinitis should be treated systematically (combined Chinese and Western medicine) and regularly followed up and observed during the treatment and recovery period. When applying hormones in children, the age, dosage and duration of medication must be completely controlled. For adult patients who also have a deviated septum, surgical correction of the septum should be performed first.
