New treatment for perennial allergic rhinitis

  Allergic rhinitis, or allergic rhinitis, is a non-infectious inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa in which atopic individuals are exposed to allergens followed by the release of mediators (mainly histamine) mediated mainly by IgE, and in which a variety of immunoreactive cells and cytokines are involved. There are 3 necessary conditions for its occurrence: 1. specific antigens, i.e., substances that cause the body’s immune response.  2, atopic individuals that is the so-called individual differences, allergies.  3. The atopic antigen and the atopic individual meet. Allergic rhinitis is a global health problem that can lead to many diseases and loss of workforce.  The typical symptoms of allergic rhinitis are mainly paroxysmal sneezing, clear nasal discharge, nasal congestion and nasal itching. Some of them are accompanied by a loss of sense of smell.
