Coronal sinus CT can diagnose many diseases, such as whether the patient has a deviated nasal septum and whether there is hypertrophy of the bilateral inferior turbinates and bilateral middle turbinates. Also, whether the patient has any neoplastic formation in the nasal cavity, such as nasal cysts, nasal polyps, or nasopharyngeal tumors. Patients can also be diagnosed with coronal sinus CT to confirm the presence of sinusitis, such as maxillary sinusitis, butterfly sinusitis, frontal sinusitis, or inflammation of the septal sinuses, sometimes multiple groups of sinuses all at the same time. It is recommended that patients go to the hospital for further examination if they are uncomfortable with their nose, and after the diagnosis is confirmed, active symptomatic treatment is needed, and if necessary, surgery is required to solve the problem. Patients are advised to exercise properly and avoid colds in their lives to avoid triggering inflammation of the nose.
