Symptoms of sinus malignancy

Clinical sinus malignant tumors are mostly undifferentiated carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, which account for about 80% of sinus malignant tumors. The symptoms of sinus malignant tumor are as follows: 1. unilateral pus and blood nasal discharge or retractable nasal discharge, which may be accompanied by foul odor when secondary infection occurs; 2. maxillary sinus malignant tumor invades infraorbital nerve, and patients may experience facial numbness and painful discomfort; 3. as the tumor increases, it compresses the lateral wall of nasal cavity, which may cause unilateral progressive nasal congestion; 4. septal sinus malignant tumor may appear as orbital tip syndrome, which manifests as periorbital numbness and vision The symptoms are numbness around the orbit and decreased visual acuity.
