For meatballs on the nose, patients are advised to go to the ENT department outpatient clinic for nasal endoscopy and also to improve sinus CT and other examinations. Clinically the following diseases will have this performance: the first case, chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, patients consciously have meatballs on top of the nose, mainly hypertrophic inferior turbinates, which can be clinically treated symptomatically with nasal spray hormones, or oral sinusitis medication. In some patients, if medication is ineffective and nasal non-ventilation is very serious, partial ablation of the inferior turbinate with plasma can be done. In the second case, the patient has a polyp in the nasal cavity. The main clinical manifestation is a translucent, lyrium-shaped neoplasm with a smooth surface, which is mainly considered for surgical management. The polyp is surgically removed and an open sinus surgery is performed to reduce sinus inflammation and avoid recurrence of the polyp. In the third case, patients with inward papillomas, hemorrhagic polyps, etc., and other malignant tumors in the nasal cavity will exhibit this condition.
