If the pathological test results are benign lesions, clinical observation is the main focus, and 6-month routine follow-up is recommended. If the pathological test suggests malignant pathological manifestations, the staging becomes BI-RADS grade 6, and active treatment is needed, and common treatment measures include surgical resection of the lesion, adjuvant radiotherapy, trastuzumab and other targeted drug therapy.
