Boys’ foreskin adhesion may be physiological reasons, but also may be related to the prepuce, hypospadias or glans phimosis and other reasons.
1. Physiological reasons: most newborns, infants and young children have foreskin adhesion, if there are no other uncomfortable symptoms, can not be dealt with for the time being.
2. Phimosis or phimosis: due to phimosis or phimosis, the glans and phimosis are tightly attached to each other, which makes the phimosis difficult to be turned out and the glans can not be exposed for a long time, thus resulting in adhesion of the phimosis.
3. Foreskin and glans inflammation: due to improper hygiene, the local foreskin scale increases, making the glans inflammation. When the inflammation recurs, it will produce more secretions, resulting in foreskin adhesion, and in severe cases, it may result in narrowing of the urethral opening, difficulty in urination and other consequences, which need to be treated in time.
There may be other causes of foreskin adhesion in boys, so they should go to the hospital in time, ask their professional doctors and treat them actively in order to minimize the adverse effects of the disease.
