Endogenous kidney cancer, as the name implies, is located in the center of the kidney. To make a simple analogy, it is like a peach, which cannot be seen on the surface, and in order to see the core, the peach needs to be cut open. Therefore, endogenous kidney cancer surgery is very difficult to preserve the kidney, which requires experienced clinicians to carry out, and in the past three years, our clinic has completed 27 such surgeries. Case 1, the patient, a 30-year-old young male patient, was a stage T1 kidney cancer with a tumor of 2 cm, occupying the middle of the kidney. After adequate preoperative preparation, we successfully performed laparoscopic nephrectomy (partial nephrectomy), the whole operation time was 90 minutes, the renal ischemia time was 18 minutes, and about 70% of normal kidney tissue was preserved. Case 2, a 46-year-old patient with a tumor diameter of 4 cm, located in the middle and upper pole of the kidney parenchyma, the operation The operation time was 80 minutes, the kidney was ischemic for 15 minutes, and 60% of the kidney was preserved. The patient was discharged successfully 5 days after the operation, and was rechecked 1 month later, and the preserved kidney function was 2/3 of the original one.
