Too many cold drinks in summer can affect the gastrointestinal movement

In summer, people love cold drinks/frozen foods, too much of which can affect the blood supply to the stomach and intestines and weaken the self-repair ability of the gastrointestinal mucosal barrier; lead to disruption of gastric acid secretion, causing abdominal pain and other discomfort; affect the secretion of digestive enzymes leading to indigestion; stimulate abdominal pain and diarrhea of irritable bowel syndrome and other discomfort. Particular attention should be paid to those who work and live in an environment with low apoptotic temperature settings, those who have irregular diet and rest, and those who have a history of peptic ulcer/gastritis/irritable bowel syndrome. If symptoms such as stomach pain or diarrhea occur, they can be treated promptly by taking appropriate medication for several days under the guidance of a doctor to avoid complications if they are delayed. Cases that should not occur are often seen in clinical practice, so this is a reminder.
