Usually, running every day cannot treat cerebral infarction, and there is no “cure”.
Cerebral infarction is commonly caused by some basic diseases, such as high blood pressure, high blood sugar, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia and other diseases that lead to atherosclerosis of brain arteries, and running exercise can increase the body’s basic metabolism, which can help to control the blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids and so on. However, running does not have the efficacy and effect of treating cerebral infarction, not to mention that it can’t replace medication, surgery and other treatments.
The treatment of cerebral infarction should be based on different etiology, pathogenesis, clinical type, onset time, etc. to determine the treatment plan, and implement the individualized treatment principle centered on typing and staging. Cerebral infarction that has no effect on function after treatment can be cured, but those that cause obvious brain function damage mostly cannot be cured.
It is suggested that patients should do running and other sports, and follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize the treatment.
