After the bleeding stops, the patient should apply blood-activating and blood-stasis-eliminating ointment externally and moxibustion sticks to improve the local blood circulation. At the same time, oral administration of bruxism pills and other drugs can promote the rapid subsidence of local bruising, and minimize trauma. Second, if the patient’s bruising range is large, the local skin temperature rises significantly, accompanied by swelling and pain symptoms. At this time, the simple external application of drugs is not able to make the bruise faster absorption. It is recommended that the patient perform surgical incision of the skin, subcutaneous tissue, drainage of bruises clean, the wound thoroughly hemostasis. Postoperative analgesic, anti-edema, anti-infection treatment can be faster to remove the bruise, to avoid infection.
