Symptoms of Neuritis

Symptoms of neuritis include localized pain of inflamed nerves, sensory and motor abnormalities. However, according to the different parts of the inflamed nerves, the typical symptoms are different and there are differences, and there are the following common types of neuritis.
1. Facial neuritis: the main manifestations are large eye fissures, shallow nasolabial folds, crooked corners of the mouth, leakage of wind in speech, stiff facial expression, inability to frown, close the eyes and whistle freely.
2. Trigeminal neuritis: including three parts of ophthalmic branch, maxillary branch and mandibular branch, the main symptoms include severe pain in the nerve parts and convulsions.
3. Optic neuritis: the main symptoms include vision loss, pain sensation in the deep part of the eye orbital region, blurred vision, and so on.
4. Sciatic neuritis: mainly inflammation caused by compression of nerves, manifested as pressure pain, swelling and limitation of activities in the sacrococcygeal area or the back side of the hip joint.
Neuritis patients need to pay attention to moderate exercise, reasonable diet, pay attention to warmth, maintain a good state of mind.
