Normal values of endometrial thickness after menstruation

The thickness of the endometrium is about 0.5-0.6 cm, which is the normal range when you have just had your period. If the endometrium is relatively thick after menstruation, for example, 0.9 cm or 1.0 cm, this indicates that there may be lesions in the endometrium, and it is advisable to have a diagnostic curettage 6-12 hours after menstruation to find out whether there are lesions in the endometrium and to give timely treatment if there are lesions. In addition, if the endometrium is relatively thin after menstruation, for example, the thickness is only 0.3-0.5cm, it may be caused by the lack of estrogen in the body, which often manifests clinically as low menstrual flow.
