What is a bladder ultrasound showing clear lymph node borders?

Bladder ultrasound shows lymph nodes with clear borders, an ultrasound description of normal lymph nodes. Normally, it is normal to have a bladder ultrasound of lymph nodes that are round or oval in shape, soft in texture, have clear borders, and have clear corticomedullary demarcation. If the bladder lymph nodes are stimulated by inflammatory factors, they will be congested and enlarged, and the borders will be clear and the cortical structure will be normal on ultrasound. If the tumor invades the local lymph nodes, the structure of the lymph nodes will be damaged and the boundary between the corticomedulla and the surrounding tissues will be unclear, with abundant blood flow. Infection of the bladder lymph nodes can cause lymph node enlargement, which is soft to touch, with a fair degree of mobility, and clear structure and borders on ultrasound. Lymph nodes with clear borders are usually compensatory enlargement caused by inflammatory stimulation. If in doubt, you should go to the urology department of a regular hospital.
