Treatment is divided into acute phase and remission phase treatment. The acute phase is based on symptom relief, mainly with high-dose hormone shock + human immunoglobulin, while the remission phase treatment is based on relapse prevention: mainly immunosuppressants, low-dose hormone long-term oral administration and some newly researched monoclonal antibodies such as rituximab.
