What’s rutabaga?

Rehmannia glutinosa is a medicinal herb with the ability to clear heat and fire (removing heat and fire from the body), and to promote the production of fluids to quench thirst.
Rehmannia glutinosa has the effects of clearing heat and fire, generating fluids and quenching thirst, removing vexation, stopping vomiting, and inducing diuresis.
