Symptoms of pulmonary vascular occlusion can be varied depending on the size, location, extent, and rate of progression of the pulmonary embolism, and can range from asymptomatic and insidious to hemodynamic instability and even sudden death.
1. Dyspnea: sudden dyspnea is the most common symptom of pulmonary embolism, which is obvious after activity.

3. Cough: the most common manifestation is persistent dry cough.

5. Profuse sweating, restlessness, fear, sense of dying.
6. syncope: often occurs in patients with severe pulmonary embolism, tiny embolism can lead to transient syncope and hypotension.
