There is no direct relationship between loose teeth and age, and there is no such thing as loosening of teeth with increasing age. The main causes of loose teeth are periodontal disease, dental disease, tumor, trauma, etc. Among them, dental disease and trauma mainly lead to the loosening of individual teeth; tumors mainly lead to the loosening of teeth affected by tumors; and the loosening of most of the teeth in the whole mouth is mainly caused by periodontal disease. None of the above diseases are directly related to age, trauma is unpredictable, tumors are often associated with immune factors, nutritional factors, bad habits, etc.; there is an obvious correlation between the occurrence of dental diseases, periodontal diseases and oral hygiene. Therefore, preventable loose teeth is mainly to maintain oral hygiene, it is recommended to use the correct method of brushing, morning and evening brushing, every 6 to 12 months regular checkups, and supragingival cleaning (scaling) once.
