  Healthy urine should be pale yellow and clear. When you drink a lot of water, the urine may also be diluted and close to colorless like plain water. When you drink little water or sweat a lot, your urine is concentrated and resembles the color of a kind of beer. This is a normal physiological condition.  So what colors of urine indicate an unhealthy physical condition? Abnormal urine color can be divided into the following (mostly related to food and drug factors): 1, brown: common cause is the consumption of too much fava beans, aloe vera, beets. Red or pink color: Most often seen after eating foods such as beets and blackberries; can also appear after taking certain anti-tuberculosis drugs (rifampin) and laxatives. If, except for dietary and drug factors, it is a bright red color like flesh washing water, it indicates that there is blood in the urine, which is common in diseases of nephrology or urology such as kidney stones, kidney cysts, polycystic kidneys, urinary tract infections, urinary tract tumors, various nephritis and other disease conditions.  5, dark green or blue: certain drugs containing methylene blue, food and medical dyes can cause blue or dark green urine; in some rare cases, such as “blue diaper syndrome” can also appear similar symptoms, the disease is most often seen in infants; sometimes Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection will cause the urine to appear green.  6, cloudy or cloudy: cloudy urine is a manifestation of urinary tract infections, which should be considered first.
