Why can’t I get a strong positive ovulation test?

There are more reasons for not being able to measure strong positive when performing follicle monitoring: First, when there is inaccurate use of ovulation test paper or improper use of the method, there will be a failure to measure strong positive ovulation. Second, there is no ovulation. When there is an abnormality in the quality of follicle development, the ovulation test will not be able to detect a strong positive result. Third, when there is ovarian hypofunction or insufficient estrogen in the body, the maturity of the follicles will be insufficient, so it will not be detected. In this case, it is necessary to monitor by ultrasound as much as possible, starting from the first day of menstruation and going to the hospital on the 11th day to monitor ovulation until the dominant mature follicle appears. If there are mature follicles, there is no big problem, but if there are no mature follicles, you should consider the presence of follicular dysplasia and try to find the right cause through ovulation medication or endocrine hormone check.
