How to get pregnant with twins

Twins are usually conceived through assisted reproduction techniques and the chances of conceiving twins naturally are low. Whether or not you can conceive twins naturally generally depends on the individual, and most chances are relatively small. It may be possible for a pregnant woman to conceive twins through artificial intervention, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), but artificial intervention may cause other adverse effects on the body and is not recommended for non-medical reasons. Carrying twins is also a burden in itself for the pregnant woman. Pregnancy complications, such as hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, excessive amniotic fluid, premature rupture of membranes, etc., are more likely to occur in pregnant women carrying twins than in single fetuses, and twin fetuses are prone to preterm labor, with an increase in complications in newborns. Therefore, there is no need to pursue twin births too much, just let nature take its course.
