Sulpiride is known generically as indapamide tablets. Its use in the treatment of hypertension combined with heart failure is generally more effective in combination with captopril and under medical supervision. The main ingredient of indapamide tablets is indapamide, a sulfonamide diuretic, which works by inhibiting the reabsorption of water and electrolytes in the dilute segment of the cortical distal renal tubule, and is mainly used for the treatment of mild and moderate hypertension, and has a better efficacy in renal hypertension and diabetic hypertension. Adverse reactions of indapamide tablets include diarrhea, headache, decreased appetite, insomnia, rash, pruritus, low blood sodium, low blood potassium. It is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to sulfonamide, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency or hepatic encephalopathy. Captopril is a competitive angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, so that angiotensin I can not be converted to angiotensin II, thus reducing peripheral vascular resistance, and by inhibiting aldosterone secretion, reducing sodium retention. Captopril is mainly used to treat hypertension and heart failure. Adverse effects of captopril include proteinuria, neutropenia, pruritic rashes such as maculopapular rash, angioedema in areas such as the vocal folds or larynx, loss of taste, and palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic). Use with caution in patients with severely reduced renal function and autoimmune deficiencies. Allergic to the product, pregnant women and children are forbidden to take, lactating women should be cautious. The above drugs need to be used under the proper guidance of a physician, do not combine them on your own blindly.
