1. If you encounter a stroke patient, keep him/her still and untie the collar or belt. Do not push and shake the patient, put up pillows or shake the patient’s head. Gently wring the patient’s skin to check for a conscious response. 2.When the environment is poor or unsafe and the patient must be transferred, more than one person should work together, one person should hold the head steady and move the patient’s body horizontally. 3.Check the patient’s vital signs, if breathing and heartbeat stop, do cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately. 4. If the patient is conscious, let him/her lie on his/her back, keep his/her head stable, tilt his/her head back slightly to facilitate smooth airway, and do not pad the pillow. For those who lose consciousness, should hold the wrong sleeping position, and pay attention to keep warm. 5, the patient vomits, let his face turn to the side, remove the dentures in the mouth, and use a clean handkerchief wrapped around his finger, and reach into his mouth to clear the vomit, to prevent blocking the airway, causing asphyxia. 6. When the patient has a convulsion, wrap the chopstick in a handkerchief and insert it into the patient’s mouth to prevent biting the tongue. The handkerchief can also be rolled into a strip and placed between the patient’s upper and lower teeth.
