Frequent neuropathic headaches are mainly caused by three factors: 1. emotional factors, patients can suffer from excessive tension or mental stress, which can cause neuropathic headaches; 2. if patients often eat spicy and stimulating food or drink caffeinated beverages, strong tea, coffee and red wine, it can also trigger neuropathic headaches; 3. if patients have little sleep or stay up too late, some patients have too many dreams during sleep. 3. Patients who sleep less or have irregular work and rest, stay up late often, or have too many dreams during sleep can trigger neuropathic headache.
