Fourth generation: effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, commonly used in the treatment of bacterial infections resistant to third-generation cephalosporins, commonly used drugs include cefpirome, cefepime, cefradine and so on. 5. Fifth generation: the same antibacterial spectrum with the fourth generation, the role of stronger, commonly used for complex skin and soft tissue infections, a variety of more serious pneumonia, commonly used drugs are ceflorin, cefepime, etc..
