What medicine to take to drain stones

The treatment of kidney stones mainly depends on the size and location of the kidney stones. If the stones are small, less than 0.4cm, they can be eliminated by drinking more water and exercising more. 0.4-0.6cm stones can also be eliminated by taking oral lithotripsy medication. Commonly used stone medications include stone removal granules, amber stone granules, tamsulosin hydrochloride, nifedipine, and progesterone, all of which have stone removal effects. If the stone is larger than 0.6-1.0 cm, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, transureteral ureteroscopy or percutaneous nephrolithotomy is needed to remove the stone. Drink more water and exercise when draining stones, and keep drinking more than 2000ml of water per day.
