Carbomer Ophthalmic Gel is useful for dry eye. Carbomer Ophthalmic Gel protects the sensitive corneal and conjunctival epithelium, and is mainly used for the treatment of dry eye, relieving uncomfortable symptoms such as dry eyes, and also effectively preventing secondary symptoms of dry eye. It can also be used as an adjunctive treatment for various ocular surface disorders, such as corneal epithelial injury. It should be noted that Carbomer Ophthalmic Gel may cause transient blurring of vision when used. Contact lenses should be removed before the medication is used and should not be worn until at least 30 minutes after application. Patients are advised to use this medication under the guidance of a doctor and not blindly on their own to avoid adverse effects.
