After the acute phase or without the acute phase directly into the asymptomatic period, can last 6 ~ 8 years, this period of time the patient is infectious but no discomfort. the final stage of HIV infection for the AIDS stage, the patient may have persistent fever for more than a month, weight loss, memory loss and other manifestations, but also can appear in a variety of opportunistic infections and tumors. Currently, the HIV virus cannot be completely eliminated from the body, but can only be maximized to inhibit viral replication and control the progress of the disease. Early detection and active treatment can achieve the purpose of long-term survival of patients. In addition, patients should establish a correct awareness of the disease, actively undergo treatment, maintain a healthy mindset, and avoid infecting others.
