There are many kinds of tumors and many parts of the body, and whether CT examination can detect tumors includes the following cases: 1. Generally, CT of the chest can detect chest tumors from early to middle and late stages more sensitively, but for soft tissue tumors, CT is not the best examination method; 2. and intestine, endoscopy may be more likely to detect tumors. There are early, middle and late stages of tumors, basically, CT can detect middle and late stage tumors. But for early stage or super early stage tumors, CT is not particularly helpful. Therefore, it is necessary to decide the examination method according to which part of the tumor, whether it is early, middle or late stage tumor. And CT is more helpful for systemic tumor metastasis or bone metastasis.
