How to use a fecal collection kit

The stool collection box should be used by first ensuring that the stool is drained into the collection outer box, followed by opening the sampler in the collection tube, taking an appropriately sized stool specimen and placing it into the collection box and securing it.
1. Empty the stool into the collection box. Place the stool collection box on the toilet or squatting area to ensure that the stool is formed and not mixed with urine and blood.
2. Sampling. The sampler should be inserted vertically into the stool and the amount of stool taken should be enough to fill the sampler.
3. Fixing the sampler. Insert the sampler back into the stool collection box and secure it to prevent the stool from leaking out.
When using the stool sampler, if the stool has pus and blood, the stool should be taken at the place of pus and blood, and disposable gloves should be worn when taking the stool to prevent contamination.
