Urticaria, known as addiction rash in Chinese medicine, is a skin disease in which the skin appears as a windy mass that appears and disappears, accompanied by itching, and the use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat addiction rash has a certain degree of efficacy.
Addiction rash is mostly caused by insufficient endowment (inborn constitution and poor functioning), dietary disorders, emotional and mental internal injuries resulting in deficiency of positive qi, deficiency of the surface and lack of solidity (weakness of the muscle surface leading to abnormal sweating), wind-cold and wind-heat external attack, which is caused by the surface of the muscle.
The common types of symptoms are wind-cold binding the surface symptoms, wind-heat offending the surface symptoms, gastrointestinal damp-heat symptoms, and blood deficiency and wind-drying symptoms. It can be treated by taking Chinese medicine orally, or by Chinese medicine fumigation and Chinese medicine retention enema.
Urticaria can be cured by traditional Chinese medicine, but should go to the regular hospital, by the traditional Chinese medicine practitioner to identify the symptoms of treatment, not self-medication, to avoid adverse consequences.
