Causes of endometriosis

For women in their childbearing years, endometriosis is a relatively common gynecological disease. Ectopic endometriosis to the muscle layer occurs endometrial adenomyosis, ectopic to the ovaries leads to ovarian endometriosis, also called chocolate cysts, and ectopic to the pelvis occurs in other parts of the pelvic cavity, also called the corresponding parts of the pelvic atopic disease. When endometriosis occurs in women, there will be menstrual cramps, mild menstrual cramps can be relieved by appropriate symptomatic management, such as appropriate rest, take antispasmodic and analgesic drugs. If endometriosis is severe, surgery is needed when the uterus grows larger than the size of the third trimester of pregnancy or when a chocolate cyst on the ovary is larger than 5cm and has abnormalities such as torsion or rupture.
