Gastric erosion is not atypical hyperplasia, and people with gastric erosion do not necessarily have atypical hyperplasia, and the two are not necessarily related. Gastric erosion is a manifestation of damage to the gastric mucosa caused by excessive secretion of gastric acid, infection by germs, improper diet or excessive alcohol consumption and other irritating factors acting on the gastric mucosa. Atypical hyperplasia is the overgrowth and abnormal differentiation of cells in the process of regeneration, which leads to the enlargement of cell nuclei and loss of polarity, and the disorganization of glandular structure, which is a precancerous lesion. The two are not necessarily related, but gastric erosion can be combined with atypical hyperplasia. Celiac gastritis should be actively treated, try to eliminate irritating factors, otherwise long-term gastric atypical hyperplasia may occur. This includes a diet of light, well-digested, non-greasy foods and a regular diet. Patients with gastric mucosal erosion or atypical hyperplasia should go to the hospital and be treated under the guidance of a doctor.
