The normal axillary temperature of human body is 36-37℃, which varies slightly among individuals. Body temperature is often influenced by internal and external factors. Generally, the body temperature is lower in the morning when you wake up, and slightly higher in the afternoon and evening, and does not fluctuate more than 1℃ within 24 hours. For female body temperature, it is 0.1-0.3℃ higher than usual before menstruation and during ovulation, higher than usual during pregnancy, and higher than in a quiet state after strenuous exercise, labor or meal. Body temperature measurement position is different, the measured value is also different, generally the oral temperature is higher than the axillary temperature 0.1-0.3 ℃, while the anal temperature is higher than the oral temperature about 0.5 ℃. The temperature measured by the temperature gun has a large variability and is generally not used as a judgment of clinical fever.
