Effects of levofloxacin hydrochloride and cefixime

Levofloxacin hydrochloride and cefixime are both broad-spectrum antimicrobials. Levofloxacin hydrochloride is a quinolone antimicrobial that is very effective in treating urinary tract, respiratory tract, and skin soft tissue infections, and is more effective in treating most gram-negative bacilli. Cefixime is an antimicrobial agent of the cephalosporin class that is very effective for the respiratory, gastrointestinal, and urinary tracts, and this drug is generally taken orally for treatment. These two antimicrobials can be used in combination or alone. If oral medication is required, it must be determined that the body is inflamed and the antimicrobial cannot be abused.
