Urine leakage in children is mostly considered to be caused by neurogenic bladder and ectopic opening of the ureter, and the cause should be identified in a timely manner. 1. Neurogenic bladder: neurological problems, the patient may show weakness, low tension bladder, bladder urine is not clean, urine bias, there is filling incontinence or neurogenic bladder manifested by over-excitement, overactive bladder during the period of holding urine, can be manifested as frequent leakage of urine. 2. Ureteral ectopic opening: normally the ureteral opening is located in the bladder, when there is ureteral ectopic opening, the symptoms of urine leakage can occur.
