Early common symptoms of Rhabdomyolysis include pain, muscle weakness, fever, change of urine color and so on. 1. Pain: It is mainly the pain of the muscles near the trunk, such as the muscles of thighs and lower back, and some patients may have intolerable knife-like pain. 2. Muscle weakness: muscle contraction weakness due to muscle lysis, which often occurs after pain and cannot be relieved by rest. 3. Fever: Due to muscle dissolution, absorption of necrotic material, elevation of neutrophils and macrophages, some patients may have fever. 4. Change of urine color: This is a typical early manifestation of Rhabdomyolysis, patients often appear tea-colored urine or soy sauce urine, some patients with oliguria or even anuria.
