Early stage lung cancer is treated with surgery as a reliable means to obtain cure and long-term efficacy, but the efficacy is still not satisfactory. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are effective for some patients in the near future, but with high toxic side effects and high rate of recurrence and metastasis, most of them have only palliative effect.
