Efficacy of compound bile pass capsule and ursodeoxycholic acid

Compound Chiton Capsule has the effect of clearing away heat and inducing bile, relieving spasm and pain; Ursodeoxycholic acid has the effect of promoting bile secretion and preventing stone formation. 1. Compound Cholestyramine Capsules Effects: Clearing heat and inducing bile, relieving spasm and pain. Indications: For cholangitis, acute and chronic cholecystitis, postoperative gallbladder syndrome, gallbladder or biliary tract stones combined with infection, functional diseases of the biliary tract. Adverse reactions and contraindications: not yet clear. Precautions: This product contains cholestyramine (hydroxymethylcoumarin), which has been found to have the following adverse reactions and precautions: (1) Adverse reactions: some patients may have dizziness, chest tightness, abdominal distension, diarrhea, skin rash and other adverse reactions. They can be relieved by themselves after stopping the drug. (2) Precautions: large doses can cause diarrhea, infectious or obstructive diseases caused by jaundice patients with caution. 2. Ursodeoxycholic Acid Effects: Promoting bile secretion and preventing the formation of medicated stones. Indications: For cholesterol gallstones, steatorrhea, bile-deficient steatorrhea, and prevention of drug-induced stone formation. Adverse reactions: may cause headache, dizziness, tachycardia, constipation, allergy, pancreatitis and so on. Contraindications: severe hepatic hypoplasia, biliary tract complete obstruction is prohibited. Precautions: ① long-term use can increase the number of peripheral platelets; ② if cholesterol gallstones in the course of the drug recurrent biliary colic, and no improvement or even aggravation of the symptoms, or the appearance of obvious calcification of the stone, then the treatment should be discontinued and surgical treatment; ③ ursodeoxycholic acid can not dissolve the mixed stones, bile pigment stones and impermeable to X-ray stones. All of the above drugs should be used under the supervision of a physician.
