Presbyopia can be operated, generally including keratoconus surgery, lens refractive surgery, scleral refractive surgery and so on. 1. Keratoconus surgery: generally includes keratoplasty, laser in situ corneal inlay, femtosecond laser, interlaminar corneal implantation, etc. It is mainly used to change the morphology of the anterior surface of the cornea through surgical methods to correct refractive errors, so as to improve presbyopia. 2. Lens refractive surgery: generally includes lens removal combined with artificial lens implantation, injectable artificial lens, femtosecond laser lens presbyopia correction, etc., which mainly restores the refractive adjustment of the eyes by reshaping the lens, so as to improve presbyopia. 3. Scleral refractive surgery: generally includes scleral dilatation, anterior scleral incision of the ciliary body, laser presbyopia reversal surgery, etc., but the clinical application is relatively small at present. It is recommended that presbyopia patients go to the hospital in time, and standardize the treatment under the doctor’s guidance.
