Oral whitening may be due to candidiasis, lichen planus, leukoplakia, fibrotic lesions of the oral mucosa and other causes.

4. Oral mucosal fibrosis lesions: prolonged friction stimulation, resulting in oral mucosa mucous membrane keratinization layer thickening, resulting in oral whitening.
