So, basically all the studies show that: the sensitive population is the same for Trocaire and ERSA – non-smoking oriental women with lung adenocarcinoma; the remission rate, control rate, and efficiency rate are basically the same!!! But we have also heard of those who are effective with Troche after Eretzac resistance, and we think those are just cases, not generalized!!! -We believe that those are cases, not general!
Since the efficacy is the same, let’s compare the side effects: the side effects of Trocaire are much greater than those of ERSA, especially the skin rash, which is much more serious than ERSA! Diarrhea is basically the same, the others are rare. This is because of the different pharmacokinetics mentioned above, resulting in a closer effective and toxic concentration of troche, leading to greater side effects. Also, in terms of price, Elisha is about 15,000 a month, while Troche is 18,000. –
So, even the chief of medical oncology thinks that he would not choose Troche and prefers Erisa!!! He said that if you want to distinguish between the two good and bad is easy, just compare the studies directly. But both companies are afraid, because in addition to the side effects are different, the efficacy of the drug are the same, the result is certainly only to report their weaknesses, will not highlight the advantages, so the two companies reached a tacit agreement, each to promote their own advantages, do not interfere with each other! —
But as to why many experts now recommend Troche, the doorway of which will not be broken!
