Mifepristone tablets can be taken on an empty stomach. Mifepristone tablets are usually taken on an empty stomach or after two hours of eating and two hours of fasting after oral intake to allow the drug to be fully absorbed in the stomach and will work better. Some women are sensitive to mifepristone tablets and may experience nausea and vomiting after taking the drug. If vomiting occurs immediately after taking the drug, be sure to observe whether the vomit contains mifepristone tablets. If the tablets are not fully absorbed at the time of vomiting and are vomited out with the vomit, it may be necessary to take mifepristone tablets again, depending on the circumstances.
